If you're considering changing medical plans, check with your doctors and hospitals to make sure they participate in the plan you're considering.

How to enroll in benefits

Make your benefit enrollment elections in the AmeriHealth Caritas Benefits Portal, powered by Benefitfocus.

  • You can enroll by going to Insight and choosing “AmeriHealth Caritas Benefits Portal” from the menu on the left of your screen or by contacting the AmeriHealth Caritas Benefits Service Center at 855-958-0759, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.

  • For more information on enrollment timelines, qualifying life events, and required dependent documentation, refer to your benefits guide.

  • You will have access to information, decision tools, videos, and educational information to assist you.

  • With the Benefitplace Cost Estimator tool, available in the app, you can compare your health plan options based on a personalized view of what each plan is likely to cost you out of pocket. Providing multiple scenarios — including your previous health care usage, national average usage, and the ability to customize your expected usage — the Cost Estimator helps you make a more informed decision about which health plan you choose to meet your specific needs.
