To help meet diverse family-building and maternal health needs, AmeriHealth Caritas proudly offers family-building and maternity support through Progyny and the IBX Baby BluePrints programs.
Progyny
Through Progyny, you have access to the following benefits:

Fertility & Family Building: Coverage and support for fertility treatment, family-building services, and personalized care guidance. This includes access to fertility specialists, medication coverage, and financial assistance for services such as adoption, surrogacy, and doulas.

Menopause & Midlife Care: Expert menopause support, coaching, treatment guidance, and wellness resources. Members can access specialized providers, educational content, and support for symptoms, lifestyle changes, and treatment options.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Care: Personalized pregnancy and postpartum coaching, lactation support, and digital tools for each stage. Support is available throughout pregnancy and up to 12 months postpartum to help members navigate milestones with confidence.

Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance: Eligible employees can receive up to $10,000 in reimbursement for qualified adoption or surrogacy expenses after 12 months of service, along with support from a dedicated Patient Care Advocate.

Doula Support: Progyny also provides up to $1,500 in doula assistance per pregnancy to help support members before, during, and after childbirth.
Baby Blueprints
Baby BluePrints provides free maternity support to help members navigate pregnancy and prepare for delivery.
The program includes educational resources, one-on-one support during and after pregnancy, and access to specialized obstetrical nurses for members experiencing pregnancy complications.
