AmeriHealth Caritas 401(k) Plan 
The AmeriHealth Caritas 401(k) Plan is administered by Empower:

 

• Automatically enrolled at a 3% pretax contribution, with a 1% annual increase up to 15%

​

• You can change your rate, choose pretax or Roth, or opt out within 60 days

​

• The company provides up to a 4% match

​

• AmeriHealth Caritas also adds a 3% employer contribution, even if you do not contribute

​

• Your contributions are always vested; company contributions vest after two years

​

Deferred Compensation Plan 
About Associate deferrals:

 

• Eligible associates earning at least $245,000 in base salary as of November 15, 2026 may enroll for 2027 during the December open enrollment period for the Deferred Compensation Plan.

​

• Associates may defer up to 50% of base salary and up to 75% of their EBIP bonus.

​
